Hello, LOTR Jewellery and, in concrete, Paula.
I have received my pendant just a few minutes ago. I can't almost believe how beautiful it is. I'm very sorry I cannot explain with words how I feel about it, my english is not good enough, but the first thing I've thought when I have opened the bag and I have taken out the pendant is "God, it shines a lot!". It is a wonderful piece, and the little crystals are perfect. I must admit I was a bit worried about it, and also my relatives, because we have all been expecting how the pendant was going to be since I told them I wanted it... for my wedding day. Because this is the pendant I'm going to wear when I become married! And it exceeds by far what I have expected.
I want to say thanks to Paula, for her help (a few problems with my credit card...) and I want to emphasize the seriusness I've found in this company. This is a absolutely exceptional pendant and the process has been quick and easy, and the contact very kind.
