Hi, my ring came today,and I must say that it has been a pleasure to deal with a company like yours, that has (unlike many) kept me informed of every detail of the sale. I am very pleased that the product is of very good quality as you would expect from a good jeweller. Many times you see things in magazines or on the internet and wonder if the item when it arrives will live up to the ad, I was very nervous of ending up with a poor quality cheap ring, this was not what I received. The ring is of excellent quality right down to the packaging, the whole process has been a pleasure and I look forward to dealing with you again.

The year is 2005 of the Seventh age, of Middle Earth, Greetings to you, I have searched and scoured the lands of middle earth, in search of the Evenstar Pendant. As time passed, I became lost and darkness fell over me, a feeling of I would not find the true one I have searched for.But wait, what is this? In the land of Christies, there behold! The Evenstar Pendant. Were my eyes deceiving me, I thought. This can be what I have searched for. I quickly took up my charge to take hold of this elusive, but most intricate and beautiful piece.Now just days later my quest is complete, when it came upon me. I opened the package, there my breath was taken away at the brilliance of it. Such fine artistic value in design, delicate, but strong. Than it should be for this is Mithril. Now I can rest and know that soon
it will rest on my daughters neck for her birthday in days to come. I have seen some they call Evenstar, but this is truely the real and only one. I am beholding to you for your fine craftwork and service. Know this, I shall return soon again to
search for yet another piece, that of Aragorn. For now I must take my leave of you to prepare this for my daughter.

I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful Arwen Evenstar Pendant, which arrived this morning. It is a superb piece, intricate yet sturdy, definitely made for wearing and twice as beautiful in my hand as it looked on your screen! I love it! And I was so pleased at how speedily it made its way all the way over here to England. I didn't expect it to arrive for another week yet or longer given the Christmas post. Hi Everyone in Middle Earth,
I just wanted to let you know how much I love my Evenstar pendent, which my children bought for me for Mother's Day. I have now been wearing my Evenstar pendent for six months and the amount of people who have stopped me to admire it has not lessened. They are totally blown away by the stunning quality and detail that is clear to be seen by all. When they ask me where I purchased it I always love to see the look on their faces when I tell them that it came from yourselves, especially as I live in Northern Ireland and I have had to go all the way to New Zealand for such a special piece of jewellery. The next question from them is normally "could I not have bought the same pendent here" I always tell no, because it is so much more special to me because it had come from the real Middle Earth.
Of course, I then have to give them your web address so they can have a look at your other fantastic pieces of jewellery for themselves.
I would not dream of going anywhere else to purchase any Lord of the Rings jewellery now that I have seen the quality and the enduring beauty of your work. I would recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing any of your pieces of jewellery to do so in the sure knowledge that they will be more than delighted with it, just like I was.
The only problem I have now is that I can't decide which piece I am going to treat myself to next, but then there is always my Birthday and Christmas coming up.

The pendant itself was astonishing, it's real first class quality! I was really amazed by it. It looks even better then the pictures on your site. The details are so beautifull, this pendant honours the story of Lord of the Rings and carries it's spirit. This is real, it's not fake like the American stuff.

I just had to tell you how pleased I am with my pendant. I was worried maybe it might be to large but it was the perfect size. It looked great when I wore it with my purple turtle neck sweater and blazer. I just had to tell you how very happy I am with it. I never bought a piece of jewelry that expensive online before. I received my Evenstar Pendant on Friday. I couldn't wait to get back to the office today to e-mail my heartfelt thanks and praise. The craftsmanship of your pendant is absolutely STUNNING! It is truly a beautiful piece of art that is wearable and that will last. In February, I returned the American version of the Evenstar to the New Line store because it was glued together and utilized inferior glass rhinestones. Thank goodness for your internet ad or I would never have known that a better Evenstar pendant existed! Your New Zealand version utilizes jewelry quality CZs that are set in the very same manner as my diamond ring -- all this quality for just a little more money than the American version. Thank you for such an impressively beautiful piece of jewelry. I now have an Evenstar that I can treasure! You deliberately overstated the delivery time, didn't you? :-) It's here. I wanted to say thank you, and to offer to you a possible testimonial. Please feel free to use any or all of the following on your website (as I know testimonials regarding quality in Jewelry can help.) I ordered and received (back when the first movie came out, so it's been about 2 years or so) the Evenstar Pendant from the Nobel Collection. It was, indeed, a light-weight replica, and the crystals were "glued in" as you put it. As soon as I picked it up out of the box, the center crystal fell off in my hand. I shot back a scathing letter to them regarding the extremely low quality of their product. I ran across the scaled down version on your website, and thought "At last! A SOLID representative of that beautiful necklace!" I knew, just looking at it, that I wouldn't have to worry about it falling apart on me. I ordered it immediately, then to my surprise, ran across the Full Sized Version - And it was everything I had dreamed of when I first placed my order to the Nobel Collection. I thank you so very much for making these available to the public, for LotR fans who prefer quality over low price. The Evenstar Pendant is PERFECT. This is truely the piece of jewelry I saw in the movie. This is not some silverplated aluminum glued together piece that fell apart in my hand, or that would have fallen apart the first time the seatbelt rested against it. This is true Quality Jewelry, intended to be worn, not left in a box to be looked at because it's too fragile. I truely think that this piece should be the ONLY Officially Licensed replica. I received the necklace about 1 week ago. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL...The pictures do not do it any justice. Hi! I just wanted to tell you about my experience with the great staff and impressive service at Christies. I ordered an Evenstar pendant, which is breathtaking by the way for any middle-earth fan, and I was surprised at the magnificient level of service. I didn't get an automatic, impersonal e-mail, it was nice to see that real people actually responded to my questions, and it felt like someone was looking after myself and my order. There's something nice about a person sending an e-mail with their own writing, their name at the end. It's a shame it's so rare these days, businesses don't think it affects the bottom line, and don't waste time with it. In my experience with purchasing online, most of the time you're just an order number, if things go wrong, you get a generic "delay" e-mail and are left guessing. It was very nice of a change to see that Kelly, who actually answered my shipping questions before I purchased the item, also wrote me about the delay due to demand, and apologized, giving me an accurate time frame for delivery. Please, don't stop offering this kind of service; while it may seem small, it really sets you apart from a lot of other people out there.
Another note; the member's discount is a great feature, and I think that you have a great idea there. I know you'll have my business in the future. You just seem to offer something special in the whole package. I was also impressed to hear from Paula, who informed me that my item was on its way, was upgraded to faster shipping free of charge, though I by no means expected it. She also gave me a link to track it, and it was here in a ridiculously fast period of time. I am impressed with the item which is exactly as it was described, you also do a great job in describing items with great detail and accurate pictures on the website. Paula also sent me a note with the order with my name, the date, a thank-you, and her name written in ink. I was surprised that the same person that e-mailed me about my order also sent me a hand-written note in the package.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that the whole process seemed so personal... and I don't know if it's a New Zealand thing, a Palmerston North thing or a Christies thing, but as a Canadian, it just makes me respect and admire New Zealanders all the more. Thanks to Kelly and Paula, and keep up the great work. I'll definately be purchasing again in the future. My best wishes to everyone at Christies, it seems to me that you really care in what you do.
