The preferred method of ordering is through our secure server website. We do process international orders with only a few exceptions these include Indonesia and Nigeria

We accept most credit cards. NZ Customers can make a payment by cheque, cheque or money order. together with your order details. All cheques must have a contact person, and phone number to be processed and your order number. We can not accept cheques from outside New Zealand.

Delivery
Shipping within New Zealand and overseas is free. Free overseas delivery is by standard Airmail. Delivery by DHL is available as an option in the shopping cart.

Customs Requirements
We are required to attach customs documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating their cost. Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and our experience is that although most orders have no problems the occasional one does require customs entry fees being paid. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
